Our initiative provides a holistic approach to empower young mothers and their child, helping them build a brighter future through a combination of educational support, personal development, and community resources. P2P aims to create a supportive environment where teenage mothers can thrive.
Support Groups
Equip mothers with the knowledge and resources needed to provide the best care for their baby. Gaining confidence in their parenting abilities through education and practical experience.
Personalized Support
Receive one-on-one support through peer support professionals who has lived experienced and knowledge to guide participates through the program.
Mommy Bucks credits
This reward system recognizes the mothers commitment! As mothers progress through the program, they will earn Mommy Bucks, a special currency that can be used to shop for baby items and essentials in our Tiny Treasures Bank.
Strong Beginnings program
Strong Beginnings is a dedicated program designed to strengthen the bonds between mothers and their children in communities affected by substance abuse, and behavioral health challenges. Recognizing the unique struggles faced by families where mental health and substance abuse have been significant factors, this program provides a comprehensive support system for mothers who have difficulties building a positive connection with their or children.
Lifeskills Trainings
Workshops on financial literacy, time management, and self-care for mothers, helping them to create a more stable and supportive home environment.
Bonding Partners
Mothers and children are paired as bonding partners, emphasizing teamwork in every activity and service. Together, they will engage in activities and receive guidance designed to foster healthy, positive relationships, ensuring the development of strong, nurturing bonds.
Peer Coaching
Provides mothers and children with the guidance and encouragement of a Peer Support Coach who has lived experience, ensuring they receive empathetic, practical, and relatable support throughout their journey.
YOUTH ENRICHMENT HUB (YEH!)
Our team is dedicated to providing a safe supportive environment for at risk-youth in our community. We are committed to offering a positive alternative to adverse environments and addressing the challenges faced by young people dealing with substance abuse, and behavioral health concerns. YEH! aims to equip the youth with the tools and resources needed to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve their full potential.

PEER COACHING

Participants will participate in social activities and volunteer opportunities, teaching values of empathy, cooperation, and civic responsibility.
Tiny Treasures bank
Essential Start Program is a FREE Program for all expecting mothers. This program offers valuable resources and incentives to ensure that every mother has access to the essential items needed for her baby's well-being
FREE DIAPERs
Emergency Diaper Distribution support families in need by providing baby diapers free of charge. This initiative is designed to alleviate the financial burden on low-income families and ensure that every child has access to necessary hygiene products and care items. Free Diapers are available to all mothers and does not require participation in any of the above programs to qualify. Contact our Care Coordinator today!
Mommy Bucks Rewards
As participates progress through the program, they will earn Mommy Bucks-a special currency that can be used to shop for baby items and essentials in our Tiny Treasures Bank. This reward system recognizes their commitment and provides practical support for their parenting journey.
